Andrey made time to come repair our a.c. same day that we called him. We had other repair men giving us the run-arounds and tricky quotes, but Andre was truly a breath of fresh air. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For several years, I searched for an air conditioning solution for our apartment, with no success. Window-mount units are not allowed by our strata, ductless mini-splits cannot be installed because of balcony limitations, and portable units are very noisy and inefficient. Finally I found the Innova 2.0 heat pump, manufactured in Italy, and requiring no external compressor. Best of all it is very, very quiet. After doing some research for local suppliers, I chose Quick Cool, and after obtaining approval from our Strata Council, contracted Quick Cool to install the unit in place of a window facing our balcony. Andrey Izvekov arranged for the window to be replaced by a solid insulated aluminum insert, and then delivered the Innova 2.0. It was a difficult and definitely non-standard installation, but Andrey did a fantastic job of solving all of the problems and successfully installing the unit. We have been using the air conditioner this summer, and although expensive, it is one of the best investments we have made. I would highly recommend Quick Cool, and particularly Andrey for any of your air conditioning requirements. You will not be disappointed.
